RVJB are receiving high volumes of paper documents by post. Their existing solution was coming to the end-of-life and could no longer be supported presenting a risk to the business. Many of the existing processes were manual.
RVJB holds file records for 10,600 non domestic properties, 163,000 files for domestic properties and details of over 260,000 electors in hard copy with no robust methods to manage the retention of these documents. These documents were a combination of paper and electronic files.
