About Aylesford School

Challenges
Aylesford School had an outdated and unreliable telephony infrastructure that needed to be replaced.
The school’s IT department wanted a system that could route calls efficiently to staff and students across all departments, while also having the ability to report on usage and performance so they could manage peak times effectively. In addition to this, the school required a scalable system that could accommodate any future student and staff increases.
