We all need help from time to time and our software aims to be easy to use and reliable. However, if you do become stuck and require technical assistance please get in touch using your Customer Portal or joining a pre-booked remote support session.

Please login using the email address normally used for logging Support calls.  If you have forgotten your password, you will be able to reset your password here as well.

Once logged in you will be able to log new tickets, access current tickets and view our User guides and FAQ’s.

A search option is available.

Please note that Technical Support is provided Mon – Fri, 9.00 – 17.30 and only where your InvuCare Software Maintenance is up to date.

*Calls are charged at 7p per minute service charge (set by Telecoms World) plus a 9.5p per minute access charge (Set by BT) on our 0845 257 1500 number.
